Has anybody received their S-Log Upgrade? Couple questions...

Trying to resolve a couple questions I can't get good answers from vendors on.

Abel Cine indicates the SxS card the upgrade comes on is also usable as a regular SxS card, with a capacity of 32GB. Is this true?

If so, a few more specific queries:
1. Is it SLC or MLC flash? IE, does it perform like an SxS Pro Card, or like the cheaper but shorter life span SxS-1 cards?
2. In line with question 1, or as an alternate way to determine the answer to question one - what's the max transfer speed? 800Mbps or 1200Mbps?
3. Can the card be safely formatted without affecting it's primary purpose as an SLog key?
4. Can it safely be used as an SxS card in other cameras, ie the PMW-EX1, EX1R, and EX3?

So if your F3 needs a reset to factory specs do you lose the S-Log upgrade and need to reinstall it?

If so I would want to lock it away in a safety deposit box....way too much money for a SxS Pro.

My understanding is the "encrpyted key" moves to the camera... so the upgrade would no longer be on the card to reinstall...
 
The funny thing is that even major vendors that say they have it in stock don't have a picture of the card.
