Has AF improved since the FS700?

As a guy who's often in front of and behind the camera, i'll rely on AF more than most. I find the FS700 to be okay at that, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Thinking of getting the FS5, or A7s (maybe II) soon. How does the AF in those cameras compare to the FS700 for video? Of course, we don't know much about the FS5 yet, but how about the FS7?
