GH4 Happy GH4th of July!!!

Happy GH4th of July!
This looks amazing! Beautiful shots
Works really well together with the music.

GH4 seemed to handle it very well (except for the rolling shutter issues with the flashing sparks later on, rather than that it isn't noticeable).
Was this shot using standard profile?
And are you satisfied with your new HyperPrimes?
I bought the 35mm T0.95 mkII (which I see you have as well?) some time ago and I can tell you that I am most disappointed with it. Extremely soft till T2.0 if not slower, strong chromatic aberration, very loose focus ring which doesn't rotate smoothly all the way. This really gets to the point I find it unusable. Simply disappointing.

Yeah, there are some comparisons of the SLR Magic 25mm and the Voigtlander 25mm that show the SLR Magic is sharper wide open. And I'd say the 50mm matches, if not exceeds, what the 25mm can do. I have had all their cine lenses now but haven't used the 35mm Hyperprime with any of their others because the color doesn't match. I sold it recently and bought their 35mm T1.4 instead.

Would you say the 25mm and the 50mm are mechanically well built?
I have seen those comparisons between the Voigtlander and SLR Magic, the results are very clear with the latter being sharper wide open, but after my experience with their 35mm T0.95 I am afraid to ever deal with them again.

If the 35mm T1.4 matches the others and yet is better built, it is by far the better option.
Are you considering their new 10mm T2.1?

I own all their cine lenses now, except the 35mm T/.95. In fact, I just lent the set to a low budget production that shot a feature with them. DP loved them and they used the 10mm for at least half their setups. I saw some of the footage and it's sensational.
