Well its been about one year for our beloved HVX200 ! Im having a small party for mine. . .

PS. Does anyone have a serial number BEFORE A6 (which is what mine is ) A, meaing JANUARY, and 6 meaning 2006 . . .Just curious. . .

Sorry, my HVX won't make it to the party. It's grounded and forced to stand in the corner in the closet on the grounds that I thought it would be a magic item that suddenly started me shooting.

I blame the camera.

So since today is my b-day I would be an A79 if I were an HVX?
I thought I had one fresh off the oven but F6 is June 2006. It sounds like the shipping from Japan takes long... probably the reason why P2s take so long with the rebate?

Congratulations! My how the little buggers grow up... I'm putting mine on a diet.. the fat little thing. My buddy will be celebrating his HVX 1 year bday at the end of this month. My fat little son of a B willl be turning one on March 13th. I'm so happy to have made it this far already... During those first few hours I thought I was gonna drop the blighter on his head and cause all kinds of HDV trauma.. lol

A6 for me. I believe It was Jan 12 that I received it. I remember going to Asheville with my wife, HVX200, and a good bottle of Scotlands favorite Adult Beverage. I shot footage , read the Book, Made love to my wife and kissed my camera goodnite. Then bright the next day the same old old routine. I ran out of scotch, and the blue pills. Boy life has been good. Happy Birthday to all

I got my HVX in July '06. I drove 4 hrs to Barry Greens training seminar in Melbourne, Sat in amazement as he went through hours of in-depth HVX talk, Talked his ears off while he was trying to eat his lunch..LOL, Then took off to pick up my HVX straight after. Ahh what a day... What a camera!
