Hanging a camera from the hot shoe? Adapter for female 1/4-20?

I've been searching but have not found anything?

Wanted to hang the GH2 from a gorillapod. I've been doing this upside down an flipping the footage in post, but am adapter would be nice.

I won't have any accessories mounted, just the GH2.

i dont think ive come across anything like that either. only adapters to let you stack cameras on top of each other via hotshoe. what about a u bracket with a couple of these screws, one for the gorilla and one for the camera. I dunno how much id trust it though..haha.
