Handle zoom speed control issue

My speed 2 on the handle zoom does not work.. 1 and 3 work fine, and the side zoom servo works fine also.

This is not the end of the world for me, as I mainly use manual zoom, but irritating... and I felt the lack of it as I tried something today.

Is this a common issue? Any suggested easy fix if anyone has dealt with this before?

It would be very annoying to have to send this camera back to the manufacturer.
 
Doh - I am such a doofus.

I only just realised that the handle zoom controls are set within the menu, and for some reason the default was slow/off/fast.

I changed it to slow/medium/fast, and it works fine.

Well, maybe someone else might discover this quirk as a result of my stupidity.
