Handle Zoom problem

I just got my DVX recently. I haven't really used it since I'm waiting on getting other equipment. I tried it for the 2nd time today and I noticed that setting Handle Zoom to "2" doesn't work. 1 and 3 works fine. Did I mess up something in the settings menu? Is this normal? Or is it broken already? I bought it new.

Yeah, it's just a menu setting. I'm pretty sure I've got mine set that way, too.

Can't, of course, remember why...
