Hacking Trouble

Been trying to hack my GH1. AVCHD footage doesn't look hacked, but MJPEG footage does. Tried the 75mbps hack, and didn't see any noticeable difference in AVCHD footage: it was still very blocky with many signs of compression artifacts. MJPEG I used the 60mbps 422 hack. I will post some stills as soon as I can, but can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

using Ptool for mac. in the AVCHD hack settings, all the boxes are checked and the numbers increased, so I don't know why its not working. Oh, and the serial number says that it is hackable.

Be certain to download the latest version of PTool and convert it for use on the Mac. Older versions of PTool will not work properly with the 75Mbps GH1 Peak Performance Patch.

Its not just the file, it happens even when I manually input numbers for the bitrates, if thats what your implying. How can I get the latest version for mac?
