What do you all think about making a sticky in one of these forums where the best stable settings could be combined in a table for each make, model and class of memory card. This way those of us without the fastest class 10 cards on the planet would know what settings work best.
For example, I have been tested my SanDisk VideoHD 16gb class 6 card with a backfocus test card. The A setting worked perfect. The B setting caused recording to stop after 4gb of data had been written to the card. Using values exactly between A and B worked without any errors. I will keep increasing the values until the recording stops then I'll know the max for this card. Native 24p was not checked.
If I wanted the best image possible I'd go buy a new card but for now I just want what I already have to be the best possible. Also, when I go to buy a new card I could look at the list of cards and buy the fastest one on the list.
