Vitaliy,
I've followed your GH13 work for months. You did more to breathe life into the GH1 than any other person on the planet. Absolutely amazing work!
That said and I could easily be wrong, but...
The GH13 hack appeared to be focused (pardon the pun) on improving the video bit rate. What is your opinion about the feasibility of modifying the functionality of the GH2?
Some examples:
Thanks and regards,
Dan.
p.s. While I love my GH2, the overall functionality and user interface has some very weird inconsistencies. It's like the UI was designed by two or three teams, and then merged at the last minute. For example, change the mode dial to Creative Movie mode and choose 24P Cinema. Then start shooting a clip by clicking the video button and then hit the shutter button. Rationally, you'd think it would capture a still. But no - it stops the video. Doesn't make sense.

Some examples:
- Making the HDMI-out more usable
- Modifying some of the button functions to be user-friendly
- Making the video button use 1080/24p (or any other video format)
- Limit the shutter button to shooting stills (now it shoots stills and starts/stops video)
Thanks and regards,
Dan.
