h4n vs dr-100 mkII

Hey...I currently own the H4n and was curious before I make any moves to purchase something else. Would there be any difference in going with the tascam dr-100 MKII, or just stay with the H4n? Are they both about the same, quality wise of the audio captured? I would be using the sennheiser me-66 or the rode ntg-2 (I already have the pre-amp) Thanks for any help!

Olympus is releasing their LS-100 in February, and I suspect it will give the DR-100 MKII a run for it's money. I am especially interested in how the noise-floor and battery life compare for these two models.
