H4N Stamina Mode?

Is it possible to use Stamina Mode on the H4N and sync correctly with DLSR's? Or will the difference (44.1 vs 48) cause a loss of sync?
 
44.1 and 48Khz refer to sampling frequency. 44.1 is CD quality, 48 is DVD. 48 just means you have 3900 more samples per second, obviously the seconds remain the same (both rates can be in sync). Modern software doesn't have problems converting one to the other. If you think CD quality audio is good enough, stamina mode is fine. The quality and placement of your mic will matter much more than the difference between the 44.1 and 48KHz.
