Gwtting your HDV material to the station

Hey, I've been making commercials for the local news stations for the past few months. In the past, I've just given them a DV tape of the finished project. This was before I had purchased an HVX200. Anyway, I'd like to be giving them the highest res projects that I can.

Just wondering how you guys deliver your 720p and/or 1080i projects to your clients.
