Guilty Pleasures

Sheeesh, I can easily outdo all of you in the embarrasment category:

First "serious" record I listened to: David Soul !!!! (I was a Starsky and Hutch fanatic at the time).

While all my friends' parents were listening to the Beatles and the Stones, I was brought up to the soulful voice of Johnny Matthis.

All that changed when I got Regatta De Blanc for Christmas from my aunt.

Sigh

Chuck - I don't think you get the question unless, you're slightly embarassed to listen to those bands you listed.
Yes, your right...

I'm sorry, I only get embarassed listening to this music when I try to sing-a-long:embarasse

Karen Carpenter had a beautiful voice.

I've never given a leap what anyone thought of my taste in music or anything else for that matter.

I grew up on Johnny Mathis, Tony Bennett and Dean Martin...But I switched to Rush, Tull, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden at about 14.

But now...I listen to Dean and Tony a bit...

Well, other people wrote them...

Not all of them. Mike wrote quite a few. Peter, a handful, I believe.

And I have all of them up except the one made after Peter left.

And all the Michael Nesmith solo albums. :)
