Easy - that's five old bums gathered around an old Korean Wok while huddled under a bridge in Brooklyn, where they've gathered all their removable teeth and dental fixtures together for a rare South American voodoo ritual wherein they all cup their hands together, place all their teeth and dental fixtures in, all spit on them, and then drop them into the Wok - all in hopes that that the magic will work and they'll be granted their wish: that the mythical free prostitutes of the 5-boroughs will come visit them that night.
