gs400

Yeah Gs400

Yeah Gs400

Depends for what, for the money it is a nice assistant to the DVX

They are hard to find now, Pana doesn't produce many, If you do get one you need to try it out first, some had a motor noise problem(grinding noise) but if you use an external mic you should be okay, and you could send it to Panasonic Consumer Division in New Jersey for repair (assuming it is not gray model)

If you can get one used/new $800-1200 it is well worth it to have that small light cam, might be even best to get a refurbished PV-GS400 because chances are it was used very little and was a customer return that was fixed by Panasonic.

Yeah good call, I'm doing the same since there should be a replacement.

GS400 is a generation older than the new GS65-GS150-GS250 that came out just recently.

GS400 came out with the GS120 and GS200 and those seem to be discontinued already.
