Group Clips Not Synching Up

I am grouping two clips by inpoints...I then load the Group Clip into the Composer Window and Select Multicam Mode, but they are not lined up correctly. Also, I tried editing it anyway, and every time I switch the camera angle, the playback stops. Any help with either of these?
 
How are you switching camera angle? The only way to switch on the fly and keep the playback going is to use the keyboard shortcut (which, if memory serves, are not natively mapped, you'll need to map them ... but that could be a false memory).

As far as lining up, do you mean that the audio isn't in sync, or that one cam has picture and the other cam has black?
 
I have a Mac G4 Powerbook Running 5.5.1. I will check out the Mapping later.

The clips are just in their "whole" form, nothing is cliped or synched with the inpoints I set.
 
Hm. I just upgraded to 5.5.1 yesterday and haven't done any multicam stuff. When I get some time I'll check the sync. It worked on 4.8.1 and on the PC side, so maybe trying it out will give me another idea.
 
I just tried it now and it worked. I re-grouped the clips and they were fine. I also Mapped the M1 and M2 keys to my Y and U keys which worked. I couldn't get my F9-12 keys to work on my powerbook. Not sure how to do that since they control the hardware, but nonetheless, the Y and U keys worked. Whatever...thanks.

Function keys on Powerbooks require the "Fn" key to be pressed to get the Function part. Otherwise they're Brightness settings.

Thats what I thought but it wasn't working. I have the F Keys Mapped.
