A USC funded student film (ctpr480) is gearing up for production and we are looking for grips and electricians to come on as part of the crew.
The film is titled "Limikkin Ranch". Synopsis: A mysterious ranch summons a hired gun to exterminate a violent coyote infestation, though they soon discover the true threat is something much more ancient and evil.
Check out our film's website for more info: http://limikkinranchthemovie.com/
We will be shooting on Saturday and Sunday of the following weekends: 9/26(Sat,Sun), 10/3(Sat/Sun), 10/10(Sat,Sun) and pickups 10/24.
3 out of the 4 weekends will include daylight hour shoots up in Agua Dulce off of the 14 freeway. Only one weekend will include an overnight shoot on a farm in Camarillo off of the 101 freeway. The overnight shoot will take place from Saturday (9/26) 6pm till Sunday (9/27) 5am.
This isn't a paying gig, but it will be a great piece for a reel/resume and will definitely be a great opportunity for networking.
If you are interested and available for some or all of the weekends, please email a resume geared towards your work as a grip or gaffer. Please also include a reference for the USC faculty to check (since they are our producers on this project).
