Grinding Noise Coming and Going... & PSD NG

Hi. I have a problem with my 6 month old (30 hours on heads) 100A. I am getting intermittent GRINDING NOISE from the camera body. When the gritty grinding noise came today - I noticed that the image was jumping vertically slightly. After a few minutes the sound went away. I have checked around and not found much info on this problem. I think it has something to do with the OIS as on occasion I have been getting the PSD NG flashing across my screen too. Camera seems to be working fine again... but I am scared of it going down.

I am in the middle of a 10 day job now. Any advice/repair is appreciated on both subjects. I thought I bought a US version but found out its Grey Market. (oops). Got any advice? Thanks.
 
Sorry cant help you with problem but just wanted to clarify one point here.

Grey market cameras are still the same high quality cameras from Panasonic, the fact they are grey market and bought in from overseas only means your warranty is probably not covered in the US and may require overseas shipping for warranty repair etc.
