Grey Spot of Footage

Hello,

First time user. Just bought a used DVX100 and I have noticed that sometimes a grey spot on the footage right in the middle. Could this be condensation? I always clean the lense( both UV and main) and do not notice anything on it. Is there a known issue of condensation occuring on these lenses or anything like that?
I live in the Canadian Rockies and go in and out (hot/cold)

Thanks for any suggestions.

You'll want to let your camera get used to a drastic temperature change before you start shooting. So, yes, that could be the problem.
