I didn't like this one as much as some of the others you have done. I think this is done better in a Buster Keaton style, where the server is playing 'straight', to the consternation of the customers. I think the 'humor' derives from the disparity between the customer's expectations, even in a 'vegan' setting, vs. the 'straight' server, who has nothing to offer, because everything requires some 'violence' to bring the food to the consumer.
