Hi, We "Potratz Partners" www.exclusivelyautomotive.com are looking for a shooter in or near the Greenville, South Carolina market to shoot on nearly a monthly on-going basis. We presently shoot and produce in-house however we feel it does not makes sense to ship our gear or rent gear for our shooters to travel to Greenville, SC every 4-6 weeks to shoot so we are wanting to find a local/semi-local shooter that has their own professional level gear to shoot for us. This individual would be representing our firm not his own video prod company. You will be working with the Senior Creative Director on-location from our firm to capture the needed video.
You must have your own equipment (e.g. HD Camera, Quality Wireless and Boom Mics, Lights, Crane/jib, 35mm DOF redrock, letus etc) and be able to shoot high quality professional level video.
We only need you to shoot and shoot very well since we will produce in-house. However this is not to say we will never ask you to produce the final product if you would like to also do that, but initially we will produce until we have a relationship and see your level of production.
We will only be selecting one shooter to work with so this will result in a steady project for this chosen individual. Please submit you letter of interest, equipment list, and link to your best work. Also submit your Half Day and Full Day rate but be aware we are looking for competitive rates since this will be long term and not a one-time shoot.
Please make this simple since we have posted on some other sites and received silly questions that are unimportant. Simple fact is if you shoot and you shoot well, have your own professional gear, have a professional attitude, can show up on time with a notice of 1-2 weeks, can understand we are the client and you do not try to go around us to our client, can take direction well, provide creative ideas, and understand you will be a reasonable rate and not a crazy dream rate then we can have a long term relationship where we all benefit. Don't mean to sound negative but let's keep this simple. Yes we only work in the Automotive Marketing Sector.

PS. First shoot is early May 2010 and will be continuing every 4-6 weeks estimated and our Agency Contract Agreement is for 1 year with our client so the chosen shooter would have steady work for a year at this point) So bid accordingly.
