Greenscreen and WFM

I believe 70% (flat, which is derived from nice even lighting) on the waveform monitor is most desired... and lighting the green screen separate from the subject that is far enough away not to cast troubling shadows (9 feet or more for the average height person), that being said... I would like to know what is the best scene file set-up for green screen work. Barry Green mentions lowering Detail Level to -3 in his HMC-150 book (the book is excellent). I'm wondering if there are other Scene File Settings to adjust for a good start point, to optimize this great camera in green screen chroma key work.
