Green Tone White Balance Issue

Hey Everyone,

I am shooting with a dvx100A. Half way threw a day of shooting, without changing my white balance or scene files, everything turned variable shades of green.

I have searched this site, and others, up and down and only found one thread posted two years ago. http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=68350&highlight=dvx100+sensor
This thread was of no help to me.

It looks like the blue color sensor is blown. I have attached five images. The first two are indoor, second two are outdoor, and the last is outdoors of a white car. Set white balance each time. What stood out to me is the two indoor shots. The first has a red blotch over the man standing. In the second shot, on the left side of the image is a red streak, almost like a film burn.

Has anyone seen or heard of this issue.? Any productive insight will be very helpful.

Thank you.

Yikes. Did it look like that in the viewfinder? Did you attempt to re-whitebalance or shut the camera off and turn in back on?

I have heard stories of some cameras (at least the HVX200) having problems with the chips not working or getting signals crossed when the camera was stored vertically.

Looking at the images in photoshop, there is a super-faint level of blue in the images, but only in the brightest highlights.
