Green shadows

Hi all,

Question. I love this camera, but having just finished a video and posted it on YouTube, I noticed green patches on faces, usually where the face is in shadow. It's much more noticeable on YouTube where it's been compressed. Just wondering if anyone's noticed this and if it's a symptom of shooting internally? As you can see, YouTube for some reason bumps up contrast and generally screws with the image, but it is faintly there in the original.

I notice this in one instance. It's when I'm shooting under fluo light and don't compensate my scene file. What was your setting like?

I've had a similar problem with an orange cast but my issue is when I shoot in a particular office building where they have some overhead LED fixtures. I get this slight cast on people's foreheads and it seem like if someone has lighter colored hair, it also seems to have this similar orange cast.

My other cameras seem to be more forgiving when it comes to this. One of these days Im going to get the information on the model of these lights and see what the kelvn rating is on them. It's a fairly small architectural firm that designed and occupies the building so I have a feeling if I call them they will be able to send me the spec sheet on these lights even if it's just for my own curiosity.

In some lighting conditions, I have also noticed that I am getting more accurate color (closer to what my eyes see) when using ATW as opposed to balancing with a white card.
