shoot some green screen stuff for a music video and i got it to work, but i getting a green high light around the person i used minus green to break her apart but i think b/c of her hair theres a different shade of green. is their a solution to this or is there some way i can that that outline and turn it into another color to give her a glowing feel instead of the green.
 
Well, pulling a decent green screen in DV is about the most difficult thing you can do. I hope you shot progressive. And apply a chroma smoothing filter to the image. You can try using the effect twice but I don't think you'll get the edges like they should be. A plugin like DVMattePro might help, if there is enough difference in luminance between the green and your subject. I ended up in Shake for a previous music video I did. A lot of fiddling, trying and patience will be your share... Go to your doctor for a Xanax prescription. :)
 
there is something in your effects you can use, i think its call spill suppressor. Try that to see if it works
 
Thanks you for understanding and thanks for your advice, im headed home and im gonna try out some of these suggestions i should have the music video posted in 2 weeks thanks so much
 
Also, if you have Motion, it has a really good chroma keyer in it. You should try using it.
