Green Screen Test

how did you do the shake? I've not had to use such an effect yet.

It looks like he just used After Effect's wiggler device. You set 2 position keyframes - a start and end - select them both, then use the Wiggler device properties to automatically "wiggle" or "shake" your footage / composition by altering the magnitude and frequency.
