Green screen settings and hvx200

What settings on the hvx200 would be the best for green screens?

I know all about lighting a green screen and stuff, but I just wanted to know if there was some settings that would help when bringing into post.

I'll keep this short by saying ti all depends on what you are shooting. Fast movement, talking heads or whatever. At least RE: frame rate etc.

As for other settings we use chroma +3, Pedistal -5 and everything else is default. We just did this today in 480-30p and it posted beautifully.
I'm sure others will have more variety for you.
