Green screen question: is Chromatte better than Chromaflex???

I've owned a Reflecmedia Chromaflex for a while now for green screen. But after remaing folded for months, when I unfold it, the chromaflex remains very bent out of shape. Not straight at all.

Would Chromatte be a better solution? Since it doesn't get folded, just gets rolled up.

Because my Chromaflex is not straight at all when unfolded, does that make it less effective for chromakeying???

All I can say is, I've had great success with plain-old fabric green screens. Even cheap ones from eBay. I stretch 'em tight and try to bring a steamer to the set.

The camera & codec & lighting are what seems to make the biggest difference for me. I did fairly extensive tests to find a setup that gave me the cleanest green channel, with little or no data in the R & B channels. Ended up with biax flos with 1/4 minus green. Using a WFM is a huge help.

Thanks for your feedback Michael. Actually I seem to be getting much better results with my Chromaflex than when I tried with my traditional green screen muslin. But I would need more space to do it properly with traditional green screen.
