Green Screen live background

I am hoping this is the right place for my question.
Just like the weatherman. How do I shoot my actor in front of green screen but yet at the same time the background is using digital juice clips and the actor can see it on different monitor. What kind 9of device I need. I have DVX100A and adobe premiere pro 1.5
