Green pine Forest in the US on early march?

Can anybody think about a pine forest with green leaves in the US during early March? I'm doing a low budget TV commercial and looking to shoot a very short sequence of about 4 seconds with one character. I was thinking around Atlanta but not sure about weather there right now. 1 hours or so driving from an medium size airport would be great.

this is what I'm looking for

You may be able to see this sort of thing in the 'gulf coast' states. West Coast locations such as Portland could also provide 'big city' nearby access to 'ever' greens. But the ground will be more likely 'brown', until later.

Due to the various 'unusual' snow storms and the like reaching more south than usual, things could have either snow, or just 'yuck' ground, in many places that would have pine forests.

Here in So. Cal, there are also 'pine forests', but again the ground cover is brown. As is the case of the California Northern coast, were I was for Christmas.

Coastal Plain from NC to Florida. Fly into Wilmington NC. Won't be an hour, more like 20 minutes. ;-) There are public lands (national monuments, nation seashore, etc.) full of woods of all kinds, including what you're looking for. I remember a beautiful stand of pine woods owned by the Nature Conservancy that had lots of Red Cockaded Woodpeckers (endangered, beautiful birds) and Venus Flytraps and other carnivorous plants. Nature Conservancy might require a permit, IDK.

Wilmington if full of film people, including our own Barry Green and David Jimerson. Also lots of cypress swamps in the area if you want something more "exotic".

The White Mountains area in Arizona is actually pretty green right now. No snow on the ground actually.

This webcam is from a country club in Pinetop. Everything is pretty green.

If you're interested in this, PM me and I can give you details on where to go.
