On my first shoot with the a f100 I used scene file 6 the LCD had a slight green tint but the footage looked great. On my second shoot the LCD had a green tint again but I didn't give it a second thought. The footage looked really bad, very green and I did a manual WB with scene file 1 and all settings at factory defaults. It was a lower light shoot.
Then yesterday on my third shoot I was on scene file 6 with chroma +4 on two af100s. The LCD had a yellow tint on both cameras. The shoot was starting in 10 minutes so we went to scene file 1 with factory defaults. This shoot was outdoors and we did a manual WB. We shot the first scene and with fear of getting yellow footage all day so we put the af100s in the bag and used Canon DSLRs the rest of the day. We were in the desert for daytime and then on the Las Vegas strip at night so could not load me footage into the computer until last night. The footage was not real yellow or green, but I was unimpressed with it.
I have another shoot this afternoon and need help. I know this has to be human error but until I get to the bottom of the problem I don't have confidence in getting good results with the af100s. Any ideas?
