Kelly Hu is smokin for sure.

That scene in FMJ is brutal. We never did anything like that in bootcamp but I tell you what, there was a dude that 'just couldnt get his **** together'. Felt sorry for him and everyone dogged him. Bad stuff.

And hell yeah, when KILMER opens up with that automatic weapon in HEAT it is a great action scene.

for a serious fight id certainly vote on Jet Li's fight scene where he busts up the whole japanese dojo in "Fist of Legend" which also has numerous other awsome fight scenes as well.

ive also got to give props to Jackie Chan for the whole stinking movies of "Rumble in the Bronx" and "Legend of Drunken Master" original and remake. ..heck.. i'll just vote for every one of Jackies films ever made.

I don't know if it's one of the best ever...but the fight on the train in Spiderman 2 between Doc Ock and Spidey is awesome! Even if a lot of it is CGI spidey kicks ass!

Just watched The Bourne Identity. I don't usually dig action films, but I kind of enjoyed this one.
Anyway, the fight between Matt Damon and the French killer was good, especially when Matt stabbed the French with a ball point pen. Ouch.


But my all time favorite is a Hong kong Flick "IRON MONKEY"

Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail - when the knight won't let them past, and he keeps cutting off all his limbs.

The movie "Vs.(versus)" - it's just a bunch of japanese gangsters kungfu fighting in a forest for 90 minutes, oh yeah, and there's zombies in it too.

Have always loved Riggs against Gary Busey at the end of Lethal Weapon, with the helicopter lights and the busted fire hydrant shooting water all over the place.

Alabama vs. Tony Soprano(I don't remember if he had a character name in the movie) in True Romance. also liked Clarence vs. Drexel in it too "what, did he think it be white boy day?" Gotta love Gary Oldman.

The last 30 minutes of Mission Impossible 2, from the moment Cruise starts to run off with the antidote. The first 3/4 of that movie can be flushed.

I know this one may be considered **** by most, but I still just love Van Dammes movie "Cyborg". It has many cool fight sequences throughout - not much of a story, just good fight sequences. He actually kicked one of the actors in the eye by accident and the guy went blind - tried to sue, it was on court tv.

Showdown at the House of Blue Leaves - way to raise the bar Tarantino!

yeah, cyborg, that did have some cool stuff. when i was a kid i thought all the Van Damme movies were cool. bloodsport, kickboxer, lionheart....

how American History X, the scene when norton has the guy put his teeth on the curb, did they fight beforehand? i cant remember, maybe it was more like an execution then i fight.

American History X - viscious. Hell of a film, curbing part not to nice.

Anyone seen Chopper? With Eric Bana. Not too many fight scenes, but there's one part that sticks(no pun) with me... when his prison buddy starts stabbing him over and over and over and he just stands there asking him what the hell he's doing. Bana goes off a few times in the film, he does a hell of a good job portraying this guy, any Australian dvxer's will know who Chopper is.

havnt seen chopper, but that reminds me of dennis hopper, and blue velvet. when he was slappin Isabella Rossellini around, and trippin out with the oxygen mask.

some of the fights in dune, like the end when maudib duked it out with sting. also the fights with those wierd armour/box suit thingys were pretty cool.

Any scene from a HK Jet Li movie choreographed by Yeun wo ping, and any of John woo's HK action scenes. Especially those found in Hard boiled. I love the scene where Fat and the other guy drop their weapons to keep the innocents from being harmed.

One that stands out in my mind is the movie "Midnight Express" where the main character fights that one shady fellow inmate. At the end he bites his tongue out and spits it across the room...talk about an ass whooping......
