Great repair experience!

I hope word of mouth recommendations are still permitted on the site because I have had the BEST repair/customer service experience ever. If anyone is looking to have their DVX cleaned, repaired, etc, I can highly recommend the guys at Video-Tech in Tallahassee. I had a major cleaning job on my camera that involved Karo syrup :crybaby: and Jimmy at Video-Tech talked me down from the window ledge and got my camera back in perfect condition. That was over a year ago.

I just called them again to see about getting my heads cleaned and have a general once over done, and Jimmy was still there. They dont have staff turnover, you talk directly with the service techs everytime you call, and they explain everything to you. Service is fantastic and quick. I shipped my camera off to them on Wed this week, and they are shipping it back to me today.

No, I am not having a deal cut to me for posting this. Anytime I can call a place over a year from my initial contact, and I can talk to the same person who is knowledgable and treats their customers so well, I just have to share.

Forgot to mention that I initially found them on Panasonic's website of Authorized Service Centers. I've called and talked to Ray, Jimmy, and Mike, and they are all just super friendly people (but not in the smarmy salesmanny way) heh! Just down to earth. Great crew over there!
