I was at Creatasphere last Thursday and stopped by the Synthetik Software booth...the demo of Studio Artist 4 caught my eye.
WOW! What an incredible "intelligent" paint/FX program. Amazing control over almost every parameter.
Apparently, this is the first time it's available for Windows; formerly Mac only.
One of the few times I've seen a demo and knew exactly how I could use it in an upcoming project!
Most of the FX are pretty classy and can be applied to video in near real time. One really cool thing is the vector nature of FX...no aliasing on edges at all. I normally don't gush over stuff, but this program is far superior to any of the "plug in" paint/fx programs I've seen.
