Pissed me off that it ended so abruptly, I was totally into it than bam, all done. I really like his shot composition in this.
1. When the guy was doing push-ups, he would drop into frame. great shot
2. I also liked the shot when he was hitting the gloves, he was lying on his back on the floor shooting straight up. loved it also.
3. I like the last shot where he shot into the corner, had the symetrical windows on each side of his head.
4. And the opening shot was really cool.

As far as the colors go, a bit flat for my taste. but nothing I would complain about. I just watched it again. It's not that the grade is flat, maybe it's a bit washed out. IDK, I can't put my finger on it. Anyways, Still a beautiful piece of work.
