Grainy Picture In My Lcd

Okay so when I look into my Lcd its wicked grainy and has alot of lines and such but when I look into my VF it looks great. Is something wrong with my lcd? Also when I upload it to the computer it looks fine, its just when Im shooting and looking through my lcd it looks really bad.
Edit: Also my gain is set to 0

the lcd and viewfinder will give you very different pictures. There is nothing wrong with your lcd screen, just make sure that whatever you are shooting has sufficient light to be properly exposed, otherwise you will see noise. But lcds by nature, being brighter will show more of the noise than a ntsc monitor, or viewfinder, or what not.

I know that that the lcd will be brighter but its just the fact that I see so much noise. Its like out of control but I dont really think its that big of a deal because I only use my VF and I use my zebras.
