Grain Effect/ Bw!!

Hi Everyone. Im shooting a short film on interracial marriages and im shooting on an XL2. I have it all edited and i am going to make the film to Black and White. I am wondering if anyone knows the best settings on FINAL CUT PRO to make the grain as well as other settings (solarization) to make it look like the best possible black and white film. Thank You in Advance.
 
Take a look over at the apple fcp forum this has been covered many times.
Also what does this have to do with the HVX ?
