Grabs

Great images. I have a question, how do you grab stills from your video and get them really crisp? I've exported stills from a project in Avid, but they're always pixelly looking. What's the best way to do this process?
 
Action - I am not very familiar with the Avid workflow but I'm sure it has something to do with what you're taking the stills of. Is it in full quality? I'm sure you could ask the Avid forums, but my guess would be turn up your video preview to full resolution, and then perform the screengrab function.
