Hey, me and two friends are making a very short film wich we will shoot in
in two days.
I had my first day of shooting today and thought that i would post some
grabs here. Opinions in any way is highly appreciated since i only have one
day left to shoot the rest of the film. :)

I shot it with the dvx-100E and did some rough CC in premiere.

The framing might be a bit too tight on some of the grabs, but the CC looks great. :)

Du er ikke tilfeldigvis norsk?

It's basicly a little psychologic piece about a guy who has killed another person
and he's not quite sure why he did it.

Ja, jeg er norsk :)

Ut av ren nysjgerrighet, hvor i Norge spilles det inn? Og du må forresten ta en titt på mine nyutlagte framegrabs :)

Now let's return to an international language.

Yeah, I like these. very cool look with the greenish tint. I like the first grab the best.
Let's see this when you're done!

The gun is not real, it's a model gun which fires blanks. But, I'm glad you
thought it looked like a real one :) I don't know why it looks squezed, it's something that happens when I export frames from premiere.

To Miniman: This is not shot in Norway, it's shot in Ebeltoft in Demark since I'm
attending a college there.

Looks good, definately evocative of a sick and twisted mentality. I didn't really like the first grab though - the background's greens were just a tad oversaturated for my tastes. Before the obvious CC, was this done with natural lighting? Were you using any reflectors or bounce cards?

Keep up the good work, hope to see the final product.

I hope Im the first to say this - I like the veins in his hand in the first grab. Makes it look not like anybody just holding a gun. Alltogether very nice looking!

Very nice, the gun fooled me, I have an upcoming short involving an police officer, can I ask where you got a gun like that?

Hey.
It's all natural lighting, no bounce cards or reflectors.
I got the gun from www.modelguns.co.uk, great people who has a lot
of different weapons, machineguns, shotguns, grenades and so on.
Great service as well. I'm not sure about the grain, we shot this very fast in
2 hours, all handheld, in scene file f6 with master ped on -7. In cc I just lowered the red gamma and gain and raised the green gain and the blue gain a bit.
