I'm suprise to see the full resolution grabs.....they look a little softer and I see grain now...???

So what about on video? do they look better if you lower the quality then???
Does the convertion to .h264 make the video look cleaner then the uncompressed file?

??..I might be getting confused...sorry??
 
The reason the lower rez picture looks cleaner is because the picture is smaller, plain and simple. Just try downsizing one of your own pictures and you'll see :)

Whitewood: Vignetting is when the corners of the image gets dark, and the reason is often because one are using very wide lenses so the light doesn't spread out equally or/and one haven't zoomed in enough on the GG of the 35mm adapter so the lens won't fill out the frame. Some lenses also have a more obvious sircular hotspot in the center of the lens.
 
Good to see you at it again Smettli. The grabs look good (as always :thumbsup:), regarding the color-correction, the face of the girl is a little dark (grab 5 and 11). I don't know if you did that on purpose to accentuate how she's feeling, but it was something I noticed. Good luck on the festivals!
