got some money to spend - help me do it

I recently got some money for a birthday and now am planning a trip to b&h.. (i also got a glidecam2000 pro :) .. that thing sure is a pain to balance initially)..anyhow.
here's what i have thusfar:

dvx100b
manfrotto tripod with 501 head
lowel tota, omni and pro (1 of each)
ltm pepper 650
1 collapsible 5-in-1 reflector
a bunch of light stands
1 40" c-stand
Oktava MK12 mic
.. i also have some support stuff like clamps, etc.

most of my shooting tends to be indoors and under various lighting conditions. I am usually the only one doing everything or have a little bit of help. Occasionally I shoot interview type material. A lot of the shooting is run-n-gun type (especially outdoor shooting around NY and such)

My number one choice to spend the money is probably a new tripod/head. I have a tripod that i initially used for photo (193mf4 with a 501 head). That tripod is awesome for photo but lacks the lateral stability of a true video tripod. Also, while i like the 501, i am annoyed at lack of counter-balance, and i do have some issues occasionally starting a smooth pan/tilt.

I am kinda interested in a 35mm adapter but on the other hand maintaining focus and setting it up (i wouldnt always be shooting with it) might be an issue

I do want some soft light source.. that omni and tota kick out some harsh shodows - i was considering a rifa or something, but would a chimera or something like that be a better choice?

I am also looking into the sennheiser g2 system for the interview stuff i do (hanging the oktava over the person's head tends to have varied results :))

lastly since i played with the glidecam for about 20 mins, my arm is about to fall off so possibly and arm brace or vest for that thing would be cool too

let the comments fly!
what do you guys recommend? what other useful things have you found you can't live without?
also, dont mention things like dollies cause as much as I want one, there's no way i'm carrying that thing anywhere :)

oh .. the amount to spend is somewhere between 1k-2k
THANKS!!
