GoPro Hero 6 File issue

Wondering if anyone could help me. I recorded a 3+ hour long clip with my GoPro Hero 6 (4K 24P). It split of the files as usual but each clip has the same frozen frame on all of them. The audio plays but the video is frozen on the same frame. When I put the card back into my GoPro for Playback, I see a thumbnail but the clip won't play (just black screen). I used the same microSD Card I normally use with it.

Any thoughts how I can save this clip?

Was this ever resolved? The same thing happened to me with my Hero 6 black. I recorded 4 or 5 clips yesterday and the last one is just a frozen still image with sound for 6 minutes. Are these files fixable?
