GoPro and Feiyu G5 Gimbal - How does one use them together?

I've got both, the GoPro 6 and the Feiyu G5 Gimbal. I'm trying to attach the GoPro to the gimbal but most of the tutorials seem to have some connecting plate. Which device is this. Can someone guide me. Here's a picture of the gimbal I have.

Thank you. I just heard back from Feiyu. Apparently this is a G5S and meant for Sony AS50/ FDR-X3000. It doesn't work with GoPro 6. I had bought a Sony FDR-X3000 from B&H and then returned it back the same day when I realized it didn't have a viewfinder or a screen. It didn't occur to me that the Gimbal was made specifically for that camera. I'm back in my home town now with no way to return it. Is there a way I could fix a plate onto it and make it work? I went to the local gear store and the guy wasn't very well informed about gimbals.

If you bought this one: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1382749-REG/feiyu_fyg5gs_g5gs_3_axis_handheld_gimble.html

...then yes, GoPros most likely can't be adapted to it unless maybe you use some kind of extension bracket/cheeseplate (if you must keep it).

Maybe something like this so you can move the camera forward so the body clears the gimbal (I can't guarantee it will work):

The regular G5 gimbal has no problem with any GoPros.
