good wide angle lens

Can anybody give me a good suggestion I'm looking for a good prime wide angle lens .
price 300 or 400 dollar
 
i have a nikkor 24/2 and a 35/2 both ai-s. they're both awesome, even though they flare quite a bit, which i happen to like. wider than that i haven't found any great ones. i haven't used the sigma mentioned but the reviews are mixed. for video it probably works fine.
