Good Tripod for DVX100b

Hey guys, I'm thinking of going with this head:

Any ideas on some decent, (preferably) dirt cheap sticks?

Or, any recommendations for a tripod that'll work well with my dvx100b? I only have about 300 bucks and can scour ebay. I understand good tripods cost thousands of dollars, but I don't have that kind of cash.

It was less then your head alone.
I know your head is better but this was what my budget allowed.

However: The stand is great and goes all the way up to 72" high. Height was the main thing for me.
If you could get just the stand from B&H Photo or elsewhere - that would probably be a great combo.
