Good monopod for Sony ex3??

[JaviBUSA08]

Hello everyone, happy Sunday. I was wondering if someone can give me a suggestion of a good monopod for a Sony ex3??? I was looking at the "steddiepod" but that seems to be more of a steadicam / monopod deal and I already have a steadicam. The only other thing I am looking for is that the monopod extend pretty high so I can get good over head crowd shots... Thanks

Manfrotto 561B. A good monopod and I use the EX3 on it every job.
