good interview microfoon?

I was searching the forum and people were talking about sennnheiser me64 cardoid and the oktava 012. Is this the best mic for the DVX100?

I need a repporter mic for festivals and live shows. Thanks for the advice.
 
A Sennheiser MD46 is what your after, I've done interviews next to tractors, next to freeways, and amongst huge crowds and it cuts all the back ground noise down to practically nothing. It's built like a tank too, a little on the heavy side but well worth it IMHO, hell i have three haha.
 
we just picked up a Sennheiser g2 uhf lav... it's amazing .... great clear sound awesome range plus you can add hand held later
