It's a hard choice, 5D is the best Canon cam to own. The Full Frame just makes it worth it for small shoots and there're a lot more aesthetics/effects to play with because of that.
Right now? For me? I'm not going back to Canon unless I'm forced or get paid to do so. The GH13 Hack just changed my entire opinion of DSLR video shooting with one day of "production". It was just run-n-gun, but serious enough to take seriously.
Shooting with the Hot Rod PL mount, two Cooke S4s and the GH13? I can honestly say I've never had cleaner DSLR footage and I can't spot a single thing that wasn't operator error that distracts me.
Not to mention I got to pull off 12mm WIDE shots on FULL BLOWN Daylight Exteriors. Lots of details, plenty of areas for moire and aliasing to rear its ugly head.
I can look at my wides with pride, indoor and outdoors.
I'd say keep the MKii and if you can afford it, pick up a GH1 while you can for cheap. Keep both, use both, learn both. GH1 can't hang with MKii in the stills department for damned sure and I love the Full Frame for very stylized shots, lots of shallow compositions.
