Good advanced/professional book

Hi!

Does anyone know of a good advanced/professional book for Avid Xpress?

I've been googling, but can't find anything that goes beyond the novice or intermediate user.

The Avid Handbook by Steve Bayes comes to mind. It's not Xpress Pro specific, more general Avid, but there's a lot of good things that it teaches.

ahhhhhhhh..... he's alrite, I actually went through the whole DVD series - have learned quite a bit though. Avid doesn't scare me anymore.

I've been playing around quite a bit, and need to know more about stuff that not a lot of people cover, like the finer details of a particular dialog box, eg. cadence, and nesting, blah blah....

Or if anyone knows of a site?
